Private Policy


      The present Privacy Policy of the personal data (hereinafter – Privacy Policy) applies to all personal data that the Company “All for all” limited (hereinafter – site administration) can receive from the user during use of the website with the domain name The site administration requests to carefully read the privacy policy.


1. General definitions used in this Privacy Policy:

1.1. Site administration – a legal entity, the owner of the registered domain name of the site, Company “All for all” limited (Certificate of incorporation # 173393, date of registration 08.10.2015).

1.2. Customer – a person who left at the site at least one private or commercial cargo transportation request.

1.3. Request – an application that a Customer filled in on the site about private or commercial cargo in order to find the Carrier and know the price of the required transportation.

1.4. Privacy of personal data – a requirement mandatory for compliance by the Site Administration and any other person who has the access to the personal data calling for prevention of its spreading without the consent of the subject of these personal data or without availability of other legal bases.

1.5. Processing of personal data – any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations), performed with or without use of automation means for personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision of access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.

1.6. Personal data – any information relating directly or indirectly to the defined individual (the subject of personal data).  

1.7. Carrier – an individual or a legal entity that has the opportunity to offer his price proposals according to any request for the private or commercial cargo transportation.

1.8.  User – a Customer or a Carrier who uses the site.

1.9. Registration on the site – a set of actions of the User in accordance with the instructions, including login details submission and other information with use of special form of User interface of the Site in order to create a personal account and have access to certain services of the site.

1.10. Site – site located on the Internet at the address

1.11. Service – service that provides functional opportunities, instruments available for the Users after the registration on the site.

1.12. Services – paid services provided by the Site Administration that give possibility to Customers (cargo senders) to leave requests for delivery and transportation of any private or commercial cargos and to Carriers – to offer their price proposals and conditions for these cargos delivery.

1.13. Cookies — a small piece of information sent by the web server and stored on the user’s computer, that the web client or the web browser sends each time to the web server in the HTTP request when the user tries to open the relevant page.

1.14. IP-address — a unique network address of a node in the computer network built according to the IP protocol.


2.1. The present Privacy policy is applicable only to the information received during the use of the site with the domain name

2.2. The Site Administration does not verify the accuracy of the personal data provided by the User.

2.3. The use of the site by the User constitutes the agreement with the present Privacy Policy and with the conditions for processing of personal data of the User.  

2.4. If the User does not agree with the conditions of the Privacy Policy he is obliged to stop using the site.

3.1. The present Privacy Policy obliges the Site Administration to process the user's’ personal data, their protection, and also to provide the personal data confidentiality that the User indicates to the Site Administration during the registration at the site, ordering services, providing services or leaving the feedback on the services to the Site Administration.

3.2. Site Administration collects two types of information about the User:

- the information that the User provided consciously to the Site Administration during the use of the site;

- technical information that is gathered automatically by the software of the Site when the User visits it.  

3.3.  Users are free to explore the website without providing any Personal Information about them self.

But when setting up an Account, the Site Administration will collect user’s email address and name. Users are also required to choose a password.

In the personal account Carrier can specify a list of his own cars/vans/trucks that he provide for his work with Customers (optional)
The Carrier can upload photos of his cars/vans/trucks and describe them on the website (models, types of vehicles), also the Carrier can specify documents, such as CMR, TIR, T1, Clean bill of health. 

3.5. During the payment of the order the Client is redirected to the site of the payment system. The Site Administration does not have an access to the information processed by the payment systems.

3.6. The Site Administration has an access to the contact information of the Customer if he provides it in his personal message to the Carrier through the personal account at the Site. The Site Administration does not have an access to the contact information of the Customer if he provides it to the Carrier by any other means.

3.7. The technical information automatically collected by the software of the Site when the User visits it includes:

  1. IP address;

  2. Information from cookies;

  3. Information about the browser;

  4. Information about the type of device (mobile or PC);

  5. Time of access.

3.8. The Site has the technology of the User’s identification based on the use of cookies. The computer that the User uses to access the Site will store the cookies that later will be used for the automatic authorisation, collection of statistical data, in particular about the Site attendance.

3.9. The Site Administration does not save personal data in the cookies files.

3.10. The User has the right to prohibit the saving of cookies on the computer that is used to access the Site, making appropriate configurations in the browser. It should be noted that the site services that use this technology may be unavailable.

3.11. The personal data are saved by the Site Administration in confidentiality except in cases when the User has voluntarily posted the information for the common use of registered users.

3.12. The Site Administration guarantees not to provide the personal information to the third parties except the cases when:

  1. It is required by the law (for example, upon the written request of the court, law authorities);
  2. The user agreed to transfer personal data;
  3. The transfer is necessary to provide services, conclude agreements;
  4. The transfer takes place in the framework of the sale or other business transfer, including as part of the corporate transaction, for example, merge or sale of assets;
  5. It is necessary to make a purchase, to make a payment or to provide other financial services, in particular, when the Site Administration transfers the payment Personal data to the banks or other subjects with the aim to prevent fraud and to reduce the credit risks;  
  6. It is necessary to provide support services to users and assist the Site Administration in protection and security of the services.

3.13. Google Analytics

4. Newsletter subscription

4.1. If User decides to subscribe to the newsletter by the Site Administration will request from the User such information as name and e-mail address for the reasons mentioned below.

The Site Administration regularly runs special offers/promos which can be of vital importance and interest for Users as well as useful information products The Site Administration makes for customers and carriers.

In order to inform Users of such products and provide access to them, The Site Administration needs to send them an information e-mail letter. In addition to that, The Site Administration may hold an opinion poll to find out Users attitude to the services, products and receive a feedback.

Ascertain the information Users provide to The Site Administration is accurate.

The Site Administration can request Users to submit a more detailed information in future to make up more useful and target-oriented products/services.

Our newsletter subscription, called "Time to Think" program, means that the User, subscribed to Offerpride's newsletters, has 7 days to think whether or not he wants to keep the subscription. 2 days before the subscription expires, the Site Administration sends an email to the User (on the email address which the User has given during the subscription process), offering to continue the subscription.

If the User confirms that he wants to get emails in the future, he keeps his subscription by following the confirmation link in the email.

If the User does not reconfirm the subscription, the Site Administration unsubscribes him automatically in 2 days after this email. After unsubscribing, the Site Administration marks the User's email as "deleted", but keeps it in the database.

4.2. Rejection to subscribe to newsletter

5.1. The Site Administration uses the personal data of the users for the following purposes:

  1. For the feedback about the services provided by the Site Administration;
  2. To inform the User about the status of his request for the cargo transportation;
  3. To process and receive payments during the payment to the Site Administration for the services provided;
  4. To provide customer and technical support in case of questions or issues related to the functioning of the site or the services provided;
  5. To organize advertising or marketing campaigns;
  6. To organize marketing and other studies;
  7. To inform the Carrier about the status of auction where he participates;
  8. To provide personalized services;
  9. To process of User's requests to the site support team;
  10. To send newsletter and promotional information on new products, services, and special offers;
  11. service messaging e.g. in case User forgot his password;
  12. To send reminders of paid subscription termination date/tariff plan effect termination date for carriers using PRO account;

At the same time, The Site Administration cannot entirely guarantee to eliminate the risk of unauthorized access to personal data and its following abuse.

The Site Administration earnestly asks users to be considerate about storing their accounts’ passwords and do not pass them to anybody else (if products containing access passwords are implied)

8.1. Processing of the User’s personal data takes place within the period when he is registered at the site, by any legal means, including information systems of personal data with or without use of the means of automatization.

8.2. If the personal data were lost or disclosed, the Site Administration is obliged to inform the User.

8.3. Together with the User, the Site Administration takes all the necessary measures to prevent the losses or any other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the User’s personal data.

8.4. Who else gets access to personal data?

The Site Administration uses a mailing service to carry out mailing. The mailing service processes users’ personal data (e-mail, name) in order to let the Site Administration to be able to send to the user an e-mail with access to purchased product(s) or inform the user of upcoming special offers/tariff plans.

The Site Administration can disclose user’s personal data upon exceptional circumstances such as requirement of law, pursuing the aim to protect oneself and others against illegal acts and other hazards.


9.1. While using the Site the User must provide the information about the personal data asked by the Site Administration.

9.2. In the Personal account, the User has the right to delete the personal data that are not required for the Personal account. The User has the right to demand the destruction/depersonalization of his personal data that are stored at the Site Administration and delete the account, by sending an email to the address

9.3. The User has the right to demand the Site Administration to clarify his personal data, to block them or delete in cases when the personal data are incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegal or are not required for the stated purpose of processing by sending an email to the address

9.4. The Site Administration guarantees to never provide the personal data to the third parties, except the cases covered in paragraph 3.12 of the Privacy Policy.  

9.5. The Site Administration is obliged to use the information obtained exclusively for the purposes indicated in paragraph 5.1 of the present Privacy Policy.

9.6. The Site Administration blocks the personal data of the User starting from the demand or request of the User or his legal representative or the authorized body for protection of rights of the subjects of the personal data during the period of verification, in case of false personal data or misconduct.

9.7. How long the Site Administration keeps information that was collected about Users depends on the type of information.  

After deleting the User's personal account we will either delete or anonymize User's information or, if this is not possible, then we will securely store User's information and isolate it from any further use until deletion is possible.



10.1. The Site Administration has the right to add any changes or additions to the Privacy Policy at any time at their own discretion.

10.2. The changes and additional information come into effect from the moment of publishing at the site the Privacy Policy with changes and additions.
